About us

Advanced Buyers Agents is a licensed buyer's agency operating on the Northern Beaches and across Sydney, New South Wales. We act for buyers only.

Information is general, not advice

Everything on this website, including the free course, case studies, market commentary, calculators and worksheets, is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or particular needs, and it is not financial, legal, taxation or investment advice.

The free course

Access to the free course is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. When you sign up you give us permission to contact you about the course and our services. You may opt out at any time. We may change, pause or withdraw the course, or any part of it, without notice.

You may not record, copy, republish, resell or redistribute the course videos, worksheets or tools, or present them as your own.

Third party tools and links

Some calculators, worksheets and resources we link to are hosted on third party websites and open in a new tab. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, layout and materials on this site are owned by Advanced Buyers Agents or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use, including reproduction or commercial use, requires our written permission.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any account or system connected to it.

Availability
