Gary was absolutely fantastic during my first home purchase, his service is worth every cent, pays for itself, and I cannot recommend him enough! When we first spoke he identified the areas that I had covered (finding a house) and the gaps he could fill (negotiation and due diligence) to save me money from a full service package. In the end Gary went above and beyond that and was forwarding houses through that he'd found, one of which ended up being the one I bought. Gary was able to provide an accurate value of the property ahead of time which he downgraded following inspection giving me confidence it wasn't overinflated (the Bank valuation was even higher!). Gary saved me enormous stress/uncertainty by managing negotiations in an extremely transparent way, saved more than his fee on my purchase, gave guidance on reducing unnecessary extra costs (eg minor insurances), was exceptionally responsive, engaged excellent conveyancing and inspections on my behalf, was very rapid in implementation, and knows exactly how to make your offer as attractive as possible without exposing you to greater risk. I'm adept in negotiating at work but I know that emotions kick in for me when it's something as big and personal as a home, so it was good to have a level headed and experienced person to guide the process from start to finish :)
